What age groups do you teach at Al Noor Online Quran Academy?
We teach kids from age 4, as well as teenage girls and women of any age. Every class is 1-on-1, and the lesson plan is set according to the student's age, level and learning speed.
Can I get a female Quran tutor for my daughter?
Yes. All of our teachers are qualified female Quran teachers who speak English and Urdu, so sisters and young girls learn in a comfortable, safe environment.
How do the free trial classes work?
We offer a 3-day free trial with no commitment and no card details required. You choose a time that suits you, meet the teacher, see her teaching style, and then decide whether to enroll.
What time slots are available for students in the UK, USA or Canada?
We schedule classes around your local time — UK (GMT/BST), USA and Canada (EST, CST, PST) and Australia (AEST). Popular slots are after school and in the evening, and weekend slots are available on request.
What courses do you offer?
We offer Noorani Qaida for beginners, Quran reading (Nazra), Quran with Tajweed, Quran memorization (Hifz), Islamic studies with Salah, daily Duas and the six Kalimas, and basic Arabic language.
How do online Quran classes work?
You book a free trial, we match you with a female teacher and fix a time in your time zone, and then you join a live 30-minute video class on Zoom or Google Meet. The teacher shares the lesson on screen, listens to the student read and corrects mistakes on the spot.
What software or apps do I need for online classes?
Classes are held 1-on-1 on Zoom or Google Meet. You only need a laptop, tablet or smartphone with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection.
